Position:  Hair Stylist 
Location:  DLF-1, Gurgaon Studio 
Type:  Full-time 
Salary:  Rs 20,000 Onwards + Incentives (No Bar for the Right Candidate)

MG Makeovers Services is searching for a talented and innovative Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for hairstyling, an artistic eye, and a commitment to delivering exceptional hair services that elevate our clients' appearance and confidence. The Hair Stylist will play a pivotal role in creating distinct and trendsetting hairstyles.
 

 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Hairstyling Services:

    • Create diverse hairstyles, ranging from classic to contemporary, for various occasions, including weddings, parties, and events.

    • Custom design hairstyles to match clients' preferences, face shapes, and outfit styles.

    • Proficiently execute haircuts, blowouts, updos, braids, and styling techniques.

    • Examples of Indian Bridal Hairstyles:

      • Traditional Bridal Bun

      • South Indian Bridal Braid

      • Floral Adorned Updo

      • Mughal Inspired Hairstyles

      • Classic Gajra Hairstyle

    • Examples of Party Hairstyles:

      • Voluminous Curls

      • Sleek Straight Hair

      • Half-Up Half-Down Hairstyle

      • Side-Swept Waves

      • Twisted or Braided Updos
         

  2. Client Consultations:

    • Consult with clients to understand their hairstyle desires, offer recommendations, and ensure alignment.

    • Provide professional guidance on hairstyle choices that complement individual features.
       

  3. Indian Bridal Hairstyling:

    • Master the art of intricate bridal hairstyles, including traditional buns, braids, and adorned updos.

    • Incorporate embellishments, flowers, and accessories for a captivating bridal look
       

  4. Party Hairstyling:

    • Craft glamorous and trendy party hairstyles, such as voluminous curls, sleek waves, and half-up hairstyles.

    • Integrate hair extensions, hairpieces, and hair accessories for added allure.
       

  5. Product Knowledge and Sales:

    • Suggest and retail hair care products and accessories to enhance clients' hair health and style longevity.

    • Stay updated on hair trends, techniques, and products to offer the latest in hairstyling.
       

  6. Sanitation and Hygiene:

    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards.

    • Properly clean and disinfect hairstyling tools and equipment after each use.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certificate or diploma in Hairdressing or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a robust portfolio showcasing versatile hairstyling skills.

  • Strong expertise in hairstyling techniques, including cuts, blowouts, updos, and braids.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creativity and a flair for interpreting clients' style preferences.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
