Delivery (Shipping) Policy — India

Effective date: 25 September 2022


Where we ship

  • We currently ship within India only.

  • A few remote/defence/restricted PIN codes may be non-serviceable or take longer.


Processing & delivery time

  • Order processing: 0–2 business days (Mon–Sat; excluding public holidays).

  • Transit time after dispatch: 3–9 working days to most serviceable PIN codes.

  • Delays from weather, strikes, peak-season load, or courier constraints are outside our control.


Shipping fees

  • Free delivery on orders ≥ ₹1,000.

  • Orders below ₹1,000: Standard delivery fee shown at checkout (varies by courier/zone/weight).

  • Any remote-area surcharge shown at checkout is passed through at cost.

  • COD (if available): COD convenience fee may apply as shown at checkout.


Couriers & tracking

  • We use reputed carriers (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, India Post).

  • Tracking details are shared by email/SMS/WhatsApp on dispatch.

  • Couriers generally make 2 delivery attempts before RTO (return to origin).


Click & Collect (optional)

Pickup by prior confirmation from our studios:

  • A-30/1 (Basement), DLF-1, Gurgaon, Haryana

  • LG-08, Mega Mall, DLF-1, Gurgaon, Haryana
    Bring a photo ID and order confirmation. Third-party pickup requires a short authorization message from the order’s phone/email.


Address changes & undeliverable parcels

  • Before dispatch: We can update the address on request.

  • After dispatch: Rerouting depends on courier capability and isn’t guaranteed.

  • Refused/undeliverable/COD-not-accepted parcels may incur forward/return freight and handling before any credit/reship.
     

Damaged, leaking or wrong item

  • Keep all packaging and record an unboxing video (recommended).

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the outer box, inner packaging, product, and shipping label.

  • Once verified, we’ll replace the item; if unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a refund.

Split shipments & back-orders

  • Items may ship from different locations and arrive in separate parcels.

  • Pre-orders/back-orders dispatch once stock arrives; we’ll share revised ETAs.


Taxes & invoices

  • Prices are inclusive of GST (where applicable). A tax invoice is provided with each order or via email.
