Return Policy
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Hygiene & Beauty Products
For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty and personal care products cannot be returned unless defective. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
