Frequently Asked Questions
Two studios, A-30/1, DLF Phase 1, Sector 26, and LG-08, Mega Mall on Golf Course Road. Laser hair removal and hair extensions are available only at the DLF Phase 1 A-Block studio; the concierge will confirm the right studio for everything else.
Walk-ins are taken when a chair is free, but almost every service benefits from a booking, bridal, permanent makeup, laser, hair extensions and lash sets are always by appointment because they need consultation time.
Book the makeup date as soon as the wedding date is fixed. Pre-bridal programmes need six to twelve weeks to run properly, since skin and hair treatments are spaced rather than stacked.
Yes, for lash adhesive, tints, permanent makeup pigments and any first-time chemical treatment. It happens at consultation, not on the day of the service.
Usually yes, and the concierge will sequence them correctly. Some combinations are deliberately separated, facials and permanent makeup on the same area, for instance, are always booked apart.
The full rate card is on the price list page, and makeup has its own charges page. Package and bridal pricing is quoted after consultation, because it depends on the number of sessions.
Yes. MG Academy runs certification courses in lashes, nails, makeup and permanent makeup. Courses are taught in the same studios by the artists working in them.

I did my nude French tips with gold star/abstract nail art at MG Makeovers. The nails look very elegant and the finish is super clean. The staff was polite, hygienic and helped me customise the design the way I wanted. They explained all the charges and add-ons clearly beforehand, so I knew exactly what I was paying for.
