An extension rebuilds the nail on a tip or a sculpting form, then builds acrylic or gel over it. The result is a longer, stronger nail shaped exactly the way you want, square, almond, coffin or stiletto.
Two to four weeks before a refill, and three to four months before a full removal and rebuild, depending on your nail growth and how you use your hands.
Yes, when applied and removed properly. We never drill into the natural plate, we prep with minimal buffing, and removal is always a gentle soak-off, never a pry-off.
Acrylic is the stronger, more durable system and holds long, sharp shapes best. Gel is lighter, glossier and looks closest to a natural nail. Our artists recommend based on your nail plate at consultation.
A full set takes 90 to 120 minutes. Detailed nail art can add 30 to 45 minutes, tell us at booking so we hold the chair.
Every two to three weeks. Refills fill the regrowth at the cuticle and rebalance the apex, which is what keeps the set from lifting.
Yes, chrome, cat eye, foil, glitter, freehand florals, 3D work and bridal designs. Art is priced per nail, so you can do a full set or just two accent nails.
We file down the top layer, soak the nail in acetone wraps until the product lifts, then buff, oil and treat the natural nail. It takes about 30 minutes and is included in your removal booking.
Cuticle oil daily, gloves for cleaning, and never use your nails as tools. If a nail lifts or cracks, come in, do not pull it off.

No. You may feel mild pressure while we file and shape, but the process itself is not painful.
In most cases, yes, extensions add length and shape even on very short nails. If your nails are weak or damaged, we will assess them at consultation and recommend the right prep before applying anything.
Come in rather than fixing it yourself. A quick professional repair keeps the rest of the set even and avoids further damage to the natural nail underneath.

Live normally, typing, the gym, cooking, are all fine. The one rule is not using your nails as tools (opening cans, scratching off labels), which is what causes most lifts and breaks.
