Before You Arrive
Party Makeup Prep Tips
- Arrive with a clean, moisturised face and no makeup
- Wear a front-open top so you don't disturb hair and makeup when changing
- Wash and fully dry your hair; skip oil on the day
- Bring your outfit, jewellery and any accessories for your hairstyle
- Avoid facials, peels or new skincare in the 3–4 days before

How much does party makeup cost in Gurgaon at MG Makeovers?

Party HD makeup by a Senior Artist is ₹5,000 at the studio or ₹7,000 at your venue. By Madhu Gupta it is ₹7,000 at the studio or ₹10,000 at your venue. Party airbrush is ₹7,000 (Senior Artist) or ₹9,000 (Madhu Gupta) at the studio, with venue pricing on request. Prices are per person and exclude 5% GST.
What is included in party makeup?

A complimentary pre-makeup consultation, full-face HD or airbrush makeup with premium international brands, hairstyling, premium lashes, saree or outfit draping and coloured contact lenses. Hair extensions are not included with party makeup.
Should I choose HD or airbrush for a party?

HD gives a natural, skin-like finish that photographs well and suits most daytime and indoor events. Airbrush is lighter on the skin and is a good choice for long events, warm venues and humid weather. Your artist can recommend one when you share the event details.
How long does party makeup take?

Allow about 1 to 1.5 hours for makeup and hairstyling. Elaborate hairstyles, draping or a group booking take longer, so tell us when you need to leave and we will plan backwards from that time.
Can you do party makeup at my home or venue?

Yes. Artists travel to homes, hotels and event venues across Gurugram and Delhi NCR, subject to availability. Venue rates are listed separately on the rate card.
Can a group or family book party makeup together?

Yes. Group and family bookings are welcome at the studio or at your venue. Tell us how many people need makeup and hair, and the time everyone has to be ready, so we can plan artists and timings.
Is engagement, cocktail or sangeet makeup for the bride priced as party makeup?

No. If it is your own engagement, cocktail or sangeet, it is booked as bridal-occasion makeup, which starts at ₹15,000 and includes hair extensions. Party makeup rates are for guests, family and other celebrations. See the bridal makeup page for every ceremony.
Will party makeup last all evening?

Party makeup is set for long wear, with long-lasting base products and waterproof eye products where needed. Wear still varies with weather, skin type and activity, so carry your lipstick and a few blotting papers.
How do I confirm a party makeup appointment?

Party makeup is by appointment only. A 50% advance confirms the slot and the balance is paid after the service. Book early for festival dates, weekends and wedding season.
Which makeup brands do you use?

The studio kit includes MAC, Bobbi Brown, Huda Beauty, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Givenchy and other international professional brands. Airbrush appointments can use Temptu for a light, camera-ready base.
