Salary:  Rs 18,000 Onwards + Incentives (No Bar for the Right Candidate)

Job Summary:
MG Makeovers Services is seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty treatments, skincare, and makeup artistry. The Beautician will provide exceptional services, tailored to individual client needs, while ensuring a comfortable and rejuvenating experience.
 

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Beauty Treatments:

   • Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, threading, and body treatments.

   • Analyze clients' skin types and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare regimens.

   • Deliver treatments with precision and care, adhering to high hygiene and safety standards.

2. Makeup Application:

   • Create stunning makeup looks for various occasions, including weddings, events, and photoshoots.

   • Customize makeup techniques to enhance clients' features and match their preferences.

   • Stay updated on makeup trends and products to offer the latest styles and techniques.

3. Skincare Consultations:

   • Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess clients' concerns and goals.

   • Recommend skincare products and routines to address specific skin issues.

   • Educate clients on proper skincare practices for maintaining healthy and glowing skin.

4. Client Experience:

   • Provide personalized and attentive service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and relaxed.

   • Address client questions, concerns, and provide expert advice on beauty and skincare.

5. Sales and Product Knowledge:

   • Promote and sell skincare and beauty products based on clients' needs and preferences.

   • Maintain a strong understanding of product benefits, ingredients, and usage.

6. Sanitation and Hygiene:

   • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following strict sanitation protocols.

   • Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and sterilized after each use.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Beauty Therapy, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Beautician, with expertise in skincare and makeup application.

• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and techniques.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality services.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
