No. The fire phase feels warm and tingly for a few minutes, then the ice phase cools and calms the skin. Tell your therapist if anything feels too strong.
Is there downtime?
No. You may look a little pink for an hour or two, and you can return to your day straight after.

How close to an event can I have it?
