Salary:  Rs 36,000 Onwards + Incentives (No Bar for the Right Candidate)

MG Makeovers Services is seeking a talented and experienced Eyelash Extension Technician to join our team.  Key Responsibilities:

1. Eyelash Extension Application:

   • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their desired eyelash style and preferences.

   • Skillfully apply individual eyelash extensions using safe and hygienic techniques.

   • Customize lash lengths, curls, and thicknesses to create natural or dramatic looks.

   • Ensure precision and accuracy in application, adhering to industry best practices.
      

2. Client Experience:

   • Create a comfortable and relaxing environment for clients during eyelash extension sessions.

   • Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance to prolong the life of their eyelash extensions.

   • Address client questions, concerns, and provide recommendations for their lash needs.
      

3. Sanitation and Safety:

   • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following strict sanitation protocols.

   • Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment for both clients and technicians.

   • Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and products in the eyelash extension industry.
      

4. Sales and Upselling:

   • Promote additional services and products to clients based on their needs and preferences.

   • Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing the overall revenue of MG Makeovers Services.
      

5. Team Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with other team members to provide an integrated and seamless client experience.

   • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill development programs.
      

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certified and experienced Eyelash Extension Technician.
